These Terms govern your use of the Circle Branding Agency website. They do not govern client service engagements, which are covered by separate signed contracts.

Some portfolio projects shown on the website were created by Circle for clients. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership of client-owned brands, marks, materials, or other rights to Circle or to you.
A client brand book or project may also include stock imagery, licensed assets, placeholders, or other third-party materials. Those materials are not necessarily Circle’s own intellectual property and remain subject to their separate licence or ownership terms.
